Running throughout April to July at the Peebles Library and Museum, we are celebrating Making:50<\/strong> with opportunities for you to meet some of the artists and join in artist led workshops. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first date for your diary is Friday 28th April, 1pm – 3.00pm<\/strong>, where you can meet artist Mary Sleigh. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mary Sleigh’s workshop <\/strong>‘Creating 3D Book forms using mixed media<\/em>‘ <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saturday 19th of April, 10am to 3.00pm<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adult Workshop: Mary Sleigh<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To create a 3D book structure we shall use mixed media and simple book binding techniques. Students will be encouraged to include personal themes and ephemera to make their own individual handmade book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
